At ProActive Health, I provide a wide range of training programmes tailored to your individual needs. Whether you're chasing a specific fitness goal, training for your sport, recovering from injury or illness, returning after pregnancy, or simply starting out, there is a programme designed for where you are right now.
Sessions are held in person, outside the gym, keeping things accessible, comfortable, and practical. One-on-one sessions and small group sessions (up to 4 people) are both available, so you can train the way that suits you best.
Gym programmes are also available. These include one in-person demonstration session where your full programme is walked through with you, so you know exactly what you're doing and how to do it safely.
