Relationships coaching looks at the patterns and behaviours that shape how you connect with others — whether that's a partner, family member, friend, or colleague. It's not about fixing other people. It's about understanding yourself better so that your relationships can thrive.

As part of my blended life coaching approach, relationships sit alongside other life areas. Relationship challenges often connect to self-esteem, career stress, or finances, and I can help you explore those connections too.

Please note: Life coaching is not the same as couples therapy or counselling. Sessions focus on you and your own growth. If deeper issues arise outside the scope of coaching, I will always advise and recommend the appropriate professionals.
